President’s Message
Tokai has been devoted itself as a specialist of optical thin film processing since establishment.
The current advanced information-oriented society develops at rapidly speed and is applied in various forms
and is used personal everywhere including an information appliance and brings a big change in the lifestyle
of people.
And a technique supporting industrial development evolving every day is
optoelectronics to be said to be key technology for this century and is the optics thin film technology
which we provide.
We polish up world top-class technology by long time experience and the results and always provide
high-precision high value-added products. And, we regard a guarantee of quality that went step further as a way
in response to the request of the customerthat went step further as a way in response to the request of the
customer and build a management system controlled from development to prototype production, a mass production. We widen width of the business by these collective strength base, pursuing and challenging new possibilities of
optical thin films, aiming to create products that further satisfy our customers, we are aim to be a company that can offer information not only in Japan but also around the world.

Health-Oriented Management
Certified as a Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2025
In March 2025, Tokai Co., Ltd. was certified in the Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Category of the
Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization 2025 program by Japan’s Ministry of Economy,
Trade and Industry (continuous recognition since 2019).
The Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization certification is a program that recognizes
large companies and small and medium-sized enterprises that demonstrate particularly outstanding
health-oriented management practices, based on regional health initiatives and health promotion efforts
led by the Japan Health Council.
Certified Company under the Labor and Social Security Attorney Diagnosis and Certification System
The Labor and Social Security Attorney Diagnosis and Certification System is a program in which certified labor and social security attorneys evaluate and certify companies that actively comply with labor and social insurance regulations and work to improve the workplace environment, thereby promoting sound corporate management.

Youth Yell Certification
Tokai Co., Ltd. has received the Youth Yell Certification, an accreditation system established under
Japan’s Act on Promotion of Youth Employment. This certification is granted by the Ministry of Health,
Labour and Welfare to small and medium-sized companies recognized for their outstanding efforts in
recruiting and developing young workers, as well as for maintaining excellent employment conditions.
The name “Youth Yell” reflects the program’s purpose of supporting and encouraging young people in the
workforce.
